Email contact@vijaycloud.com with URGENT and your Instance ID in the subject line. During business hours we aim to respond within one hour. Outside them, urgent mail pages the on-call engineer for platform-wide outages only.
It saves a round trip if you include the Instance ID, what changed most recently, the exact error or timeout, and whether your dashboard also shows the Instance as unhealthy.
