Prices are per instance, per month, in USD. Where a plan describes a GPU as dedicated, that GPU is allocated to your instance for the duration of your subscription and is not time-shared with other customers — see Terms §3.
02Metered rates
Quoted before you incur them
We do not currently publish standing rates for usage beyond a plan’s included allocation. Where you need additional storage, egress bandwidth, or on-demand GPU hours above your plan, we quote the rate in writing and you approve it before anything is charged. Nothing metered is billed to you at a rate you have not seen.

Metered charges are billed in arrears and, once incurred, are not refundable — they are consumed resources. See Refund Policy §3. To get a quote, email contact@vijaycloud.com.
03In every plan
- Root access. Full control of the operating system. Install what you like — PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, Jupyter, Docker. You are responsible for patching and securing anything you install (Terms §7).
- Private, isolated environment. No shared tenancy on your allocated GPU.
- No setup fee and no lock-in. Start monthly, cancel any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
- Data stays in India. Instances run on our own hardware in Mumbai. See Privacy Policy §4.
- We do not train on your data. We do not use your Customer Content, datasets or model weights to train our models or anyone else’s — see Privacy Policy §2.3. Nor do we access your instance except as set out in Privacy Policy §5.
04Billing and renewal
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly billing period at the then-current rate, and your saved payment method is charged without further notice, until you cancel. We email a reminder 7 days before each renewal. Cancel any time from your account dashboard or by emailing billing@vijaycloud.com.
Payments are processed by WooCommerce Payments (powered by Stripe). We never receive or store your full card details. We give at least 30 days’ notice by email before any price change, and a change only takes effect at your next renewal — full terms in Terms §4.
05Taxes
All prices are exclusive of tax. VijayCloud is a sole proprietorship established in India and is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is added to the prices above. You remain responsible for any tax, duty or levy applicable in your own jurisdiction, including reverse-charge VAT or GST where your local rules impose it on imported services.
06Free trial
You can try VijayCloud before paying. Trials are limited to the resources and duration we specify at signup, and carry no uptime or support commitment. If a trial converts to a paid subscription and you did not intend it to, tell us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it in full and close the subscription. Trial terms are in Terms §3.2.
