The short version
We are a one-person operation and are not hiring today. There is no application form, because there is nothing to apply for. If you send us a note anyway, it goes on a list and we will write back when there is something real — and we will delete it if you ask.
01Where we are
VijayCloud is owner-operated. One person runs the hardware, the platform and support. That is deliberate at this stage: it keeps the cost base low enough to price a dedicated A100 at a level a small team can actually justify.
It also means the honest answer to “are you hiring” is no, not yet. We are not going to dress that up as a talent pipeline.
02What we will hire for first
When capacity and revenue justify a second pair of hands, these are the shapes of work that will come first. None of these is an open role today.

| Infrastructure operations | Racking and maintaining GPU nodes, thermal and power monitoring, firmware and driver lifecycle, on-call for hardware faults. Hands-on with physical machines, not just consoles. |
| Platform engineering | Provisioning automation, tenant isolation, metering and billing accuracy, the control plane customers see. Linux, virtualisation, networking. |
| Customer engineering | Helping customers get training and inference workloads running well — CUDA versions, driver mismatches, dataloader bottlenecks, throughput that is lower than it should be. |
03Get on the list
If one of those is your work, email contact@vijaycloud.com with the subject line Careers. Useful things to include:
- What you have actually operated — GPU counts, workloads, what broke and how you fixed it.
- Whether you are in or near Mumbai, or want remote.
- A link to code, writing or a homelab. We care more about that than a formatted CV.
We will not send you an automated acknowledgement, because there is no system to send one. You will either get a reply from a person or nothing — and if nothing, assume we have kept the note and had nothing to say yet.
04Contract and freelance
Short, scoped contract work is more likely than employment in the near term — a specific automation problem, a networking build-out, a security review. If that is how you prefer to work, say so and describe the kind of scope you take on.
05How we will treat your data
Applicant data
Anything you send is stored only so we can contact you about work. We do not share it, we do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not run it through any automated screening. We keep it for 12 months and then delete it, or sooner if you ask. To have it removed at any time, email privacy@vijaycloud.com — see Privacy Policy §8.
